• Construction Land For Contracting Co. is committed to safety excellence. We are striving for a world class safety program and continuous improvement in safety performance. We require that industry standards are met each team member and subcontractor is responsible for carrying out this philosophy and making safety their number one priority. Safety is there responsibility of all team members and sub-contractors of Construction Land For Contracting Co.

• Construction, Management commitment, direction and support are required to achieve our safety objectives. Management is responsible to assure the services we provide are performed safely and that all team members and sub-contractors are aware of the hazards on the job and how to eliminate them.

• This written safety program governs all operations of Construction Land For Contracting Co. It is not possible to address all work activities of potentially hazardous situations in a procedures manual. However, it is our intent to present key procedures and methods which Construction Land For Contracting Co. expects to be utilized in accomplishing work. In addition, Construction Land For Contracting Co. expects all team members and subcontractors to exhibit a safe and positive work attitude on the job site.

• Construction Land For Contracting Co. believes all incidents are preventable. Safety objectives are set at ZERO incidents. All team members and sub-contractors are expected to take every reasonable precaution to eliminate workplace incidents. No job is so urgent that it can’t be done safely.

• Construction Land For Contracting Co. is committed to working together with all team members and sub-contractors to ensure all workers will be able to return home safely at the end of each work day.

Co ensures that Health and safety regulations are part of its responsibility and that the company deems the vision as its basic responsibility and core factor in considering the health and safety standards. 

This policy acknowledges that everyone in the organization has a part to play in achieving the overall objective of understanding and taking proper care to ensure that the company activities are safe for the partners, employees, subcontractors and all other who deal with the company including general public.

Management is responsible and accountable for safe operating and achieving excellence in Health and Safety performance. Health and safety fundamentals are integrated in all business processes and are subject to inspections, planned systematic audits and management reviews to demonstrate their effectiveness, compliance with Regulatory and international standards.

OH&S Policy:-

Construction Land For Contracting Co. has defined an Occupational Health and Safety Policy authorized by organizations top management that defines the company overall strategy and commitment to improving Health and safety performance.

OH&S Management System Elements:-

While maintaining compliance to OHSAS 18001:2007 requirements of Construction Land For Contracting Co. OHS Management System has been developed along Plan- Do- Check- Act model which in turn represent four main processes of the system.
